Ari Saposh
LMSW, CASAC

I provide in-person sessions in New Jersey and online therapy throughout New Jersey + New York State.

My specialty is therapy for Men’s issues, as well anxiety, depression, and ADHD, focusing on helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of these challenges. My approach is rooted in practical, client-centered therapy, with the goal of helping clients overcome obstacles, build resilience, and strengthen their sense of self.

If you’re experiencing similar struggles, you’re not alone. Together, we can work to break these cycles, helping you foster greater confidence, connection, and personal growth.

I also bring experience from my role in Mount Sinai’s WTC Health Program, where I help monitor and support individuals affected by 9/11 and the profound environmental exposures at Ground Zero. My Specialties

My Journey to Becoming a Therapist

My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by a unique blend of experiences in finance, marketing, and ultimately, social work.

Working in high stress professional environments gave me firsthand insight into the toll of constant demands, self doubt, and social pressures. I understand the mix of drive and stress many people feel to succeed while also managing their well-being and relationships.

After making the transition to mental health, I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Since then I’ve dedicated myself to supporting clients through difficult life transitions and emotional challenges- specializing in working with young and middle-aged men as well as children and parents navigating ADHD and anxiety-related issues.

Helping people have sustainable, effective coping strategies to face life’s demands has become a deeply meaningful part of my life’s work.
